This article details the official licensing of Puella Magi Madoka Magica in the United Kingdom.
Summary
Manga Entertainment announced in June 2012 during its podcast that it would release Puella Magi Madoka Magica in the UK on October 29. The series was released with the North American Aniplex dubs and, unlike releases in other countries, was issued as a complete collection rather than separate volumes, with Episodes 1–12 across three DVDs in one box set. A Blu-ray version was released as well.
The Puella Magi Madoka Magica manga series is also available in the United Kingdom through the English-language editions published and distributed by Yen Press.
