Soul Gems
This section may contain major spoilers!
Please refrain from reading if you are not yet familiar with all the latest media released. This is a compilation of every magical girl's soul gems' emblems and their locations. Soul gems come in three forms: the gem form, the ring form (though it is sometimes not a ring, but a hairpin, earring, or other piece of jewelry), and the transformation form, the shape of which is unique to each individual girl and gem.
Note that soul gem and grief seed are not English translations of Japanese words, but the actual English words spoken in the anime. Therefore, it's possible that it was intentionally chosen, and not merely coincidental, for the initials of grief seed (GS) to be the reverse of soul gem (SG). If so, it would appropriately reflect the role reversal that occurs when magical girls turn into witches.
