Madoka 10th Anniversary was a series of events that celebrated the 10th anniversary of the original Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime series. The event features comments from staff, casts, and special illustration from mangaka, special screening, a Blu-ray release, and other events.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica 10 Exhibition

Puella Magi Madoka Magica 10 Exhibition (魔法少女まどか☆マギカ10（展）), stylized as Puella Magi Madoka Magica 10 Ten was an exhibition event held from September 22, 2021 in Tokyo, and ending on July 10, 2022 in Aichi Prefecture. The event features various production material and a look back at the history of Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Special Disc

This disc was a Blu-Ray included with the Archive Book that contained specific cuts showing key animation, in-production animation versus final, two new animations / edits made specifically for the Exhibition (including a "Madoka Magica Interactive Theater"), as well as the audio guide for the event covering the twelve episodes.
