When charge at 100%: Also deals 100% light DMG to all enemies. Decreases own charge by 50%. Deals 90-180% light DMG to all enemies. Applies Perfect Irregular to self (2 turns), increases DMG dealt by 20-30% (2 turns), and increases charge by 10%. Perfect Irregular: Increases critical rate by 10% and DEF by 30%.
