Some believed that this picture suggested a Madoka Magica sequel is in the works. However, it's possible this picture is tied to an art exhibit for Ume Aoki. In addition, an interview in the April 2015 edition of Manga Time Kirara Magica said that while the creators want to do another Madoka Magica project, they don't have anything tangible yet.
