Prologue (witch)
'Prologue' is a witch from Puella Magi Kazumi Magica. She is a witch fought by the Pleiades Saints in Kazumi Magica Chapter 3. It captured Umika and Kaoru and the other five Saints tracked it down after discovering that its barrier moved around on the same schedule as the Asunaro Library's bookmobile. Kazumi killed it with a precision strike from outside the barrier after the other Saints signaled her.

- The witch was designed as a drawing found in children's picture books, according to Takashi Tensugi.
- 'Prologue' may not be the witch's real name - the design notes refer to her as "Callsign 'Prologue'", suggesting Prologue may be a design nickname
