Please note that the original wording of the Speculah states that "the design or naming of Kyuubey may have been influenced by the 'Questing Beast'" -- not that Kyuubey is the Questing Beast. Ergo, even if the name Kyuubey is specifically defined to have a given meaning, the Speculah is still valid, as it deals with the design considerations of the animation staff rather than facts within the canon. --Fallacies 00:08, 25 February 2011 (UCT)
