Hello! Since there seemed to be none on the internet, I made my own scans of the booklet and uploaded them. Unfortunately I don't have the translation booklet so the page still needs to be translated. I also moved the page to be consistent with Rebellion Material Book's.

An extremely disturbing lack of the translation
Do you know what frustrates me? The lack of scans for the english translation booklet on this one. T^T The Rebellion one has scans, so why doesn't this one? I have no way to read it as a result... Does anyone have any scans, or is willing to give scans for the translation booklet? Or maybe some other source which has it translated can be listed?
