Optional. May be TR (translation request), VT (verify translation), SR (source not identified), VS (verify source), OK (default option, both the source and the translation are trusted)

id

A unique identifier (integer) for the document

Optional. A scan of the document, if available. If not, File:No Image Wide.svg will be used instead

The source of the document. Displayed below the image
