Creates a cell for a Magia Exedra character to be included on the characters page.

Parameters:
- name - The character's name
- link - The character's page (defaults to name if omitted)
- image - The character's image; do not use File: prefix
- special - Name of the character's special skill
- description - Overrides special skill if provided, giving a short description with no link
The special parameter supports several special values:
- none - Character has no special skill (3☆ only)
- unplayable - Character currently unplayable
- blank - leaves the special space blank (eg for a character who is not a magical girl)
