While a number of witches appear in Puella Magi Tart Magica, the vast majority of them remain unnamed with the exception of the witch form of [[Isabeau]]. Even Lapine's witch form remains unnamed. Below are images of the various witches that appear throughout the series in order of appearance.

==Various Unnamed Witches==
During the final battle against Minou and Lapine, Minou transported an army of unnamed magical girls to the battlefield. Once there, she causes them all to immediately transform into witches which she used as an army against Tart, Riz, Melissa and Elisa.
