"This Country is Run by Mahou Shoujo" We already know, from Kyubey's speech in the anime, that influential girls such as the leaders of countries tend to make more powerful mahou shoujo, and therefore more lucrative witches. The message is latin for "You Should Be a Magical Girl! Philippine Administration!" The only possible explanation for this is that Kyubey has contracted a girl with critical connections within the Philippine government, and she's trying to recruit more girls in order to stage a coup, establish a magical girlocracy, and dedicate the entire country to fighting entropy. Not sure what network #MadokaSquadPH is on, and I have to leave right now, but it's worth investigating. KM 13:33, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
