Licensing in Taiwan

Anime

Anime version of Madoka is licensed to e-Muse Communication Co, Ltd in Taiwan. They will publish in both DVD and BD. Some merchandise will also be sold. The 12 episodes are in 4 DVD discs, 3 episodes each. They are voiced in Japanese but have subtitles in Chinese. The first volume of DVD is already released on Oct 1, 2011.

The second volume is released on Nov 20, 2011. ~~Due to problem in quality, releasing of the second volume is delayed.~~ The revised DVD volume 2 comes with a poster painted by Aoki.

The 3rd volume will be able to be ordered from Nov 28.

Details of the BD version is also revealed. The first volume will be able to be ordered in Nov 28, 2011. The other 3 disks will be able to be ordered in Jan 30, Mar 29, and May 30, 2012.

Manga

It was announced earlier in June 2011 that Tongli Publishing Co. licensed the Manga version for Taiwan. The first volume sold in August, 2011. The limited version comes with a sticker of either one of Magical girls or Kyubey.

The second volume is released on Oct 7, 2011.

On November 2011, Tongli Publishing Co. announced they also got license to publish Oriko Magica Manga. Both volumes will be released with Madoka volume 3.
