Part 1

Basically Homura sneaks to Kamihama one day and Sayaka follows her. Hilarity ensues to the extreme when Mitama alters Homura’s soul gem to allow her to transform into her swim suit. She’s offering this service to everyone because she wants to see their figures in swim suits. Homura is down with it and decides to enjoy herself. Walnuts has a booth open and there are girls gathered there getting food. Banbanzai is also there, but everyone is ignoring them, much to Tsuruno’s despair and Felicia’s annoyance because it’s really hot. The Azaleas are there doing their usual family outing and Kanoko tries to get Ayame to volunteer to wear a costume. Sayaka shows up and gets bullied into wearing it.

Next up is the fishing competition. Mitama wanted Yachiyo to join them, but Yachiyo was being a stick in the mud, so Mitama used something she found on the internet to hypnotize her into participating. The groups set up and Yachiyo serves as Homura's coach. Homura is a natural fisherwoman, so she makes it to the finals. Then Sayaka, wearing the mushroom outfit falls into the water and Kanoko warns them that the suit wasn’t meant to enter water (despite beig a swimsuit) and Sayaka doppels. Yacho is dragged off the pier Loony Tunes style. Everyone’s afraid but Homura manages to overcome her fear and throws out the line, saying Sayaka. Everyone cheers Homura and she wins a massive trophy. They tell her it’s okay if she doesn’t keep it, but Homura says she will take kt home as it is her first.

She has a heart to heart with Sayaka as they head home. She believes that even if Sayaka comes off as an annoying dunce, she’s a good person and happy to have her as a friend.

There’s a doppel scene after, with the doppel mocking Homura for having fun. Homura does a better job than the previous event confronting it, but still can’t overcome it. Based on the Doppel mission for Swimura, the doppel blames her not only for Madoka’s death, but all the deaths that have occurred (including Kuro) and pre-emptively blames herself for all the deaths that will occur. That is the thing that Homura as she is can’t overcome because she’s self-loathing enough to believe it.Just another Homura insulting and scolding Homura for enjoying summer and reliant on Madoka's kindness. She says Homura will never be able to help anyone like this, and says her weakness cause the death of Kuro, and mock her for enjoying her life despite Kuro's death.

Homura retorts that moving forward is not the same as dwelling on the past and walloping in self pity. She claims that just protecting Madoka's life is not enough: she has to protect her happiness and the rest of her friends as well, and tells her inner self that she will not disappear.

Part 2

Two girls, Kei and Yumi enjoy expressing their love via S&M, leaving scars on their necks. Eventually, they choose to commit suicide since they felt that they will be eventually torn apart by people, their opinions, and time. They swear to kill each other for every reincarnation as long as they meet each other.

Kei died while Yume lived. Kei's spirit is caught by the Witch by the seaside and gained enough conscious to look for Yume, causing a haunting.

Homura got haunted since she read Yume's diary. PHMQ are targeted since they reek of blood and curses, making Kei think they killed Yume.

Kei possesses Madoka and tries to kill Homura with Madoka's body. Ren comes to her aid and tells Homura that what is possessing Madoka is no witch nor rumor.

They beat the witch, and Kei one sided have Homura promise to kill off Yume before she loses herself no matter what world or time Homura jumps to.

Conclusion revealed that Yume contracted and became a PM. Some believed that in this loop, Yume has already became a witch and is hunted, which is why Kei believed PMHQ whom are witch hunters are her killer and her telling Homura to kill Yume next time before she loses herself so she can reunite with her.

Homura was the targeted body, but Black warned Homura in time by waking her up despite already being a hunted witch.

Ren can see ghosts, souls and spirits.
