Felicia Mitsuki reflects on her parents. Her father was always working but raised her gentle. Her mother was a little crabby but raised her clever. She hunts Witches today to avenge them one day.

Felicia and Kako enter Mirrors. Felicia opens a strange door and finds herself in Minagi Ward. The clocks read 44:44, and no one is around. Kako finds her. The date has gone back six months—to the day Felicia made her contract and the day her parents were killed by a Witch. Felicia is determined to save them.

Felicia enters a Labyrinth but ends up in a department store. She remembers eating there with her parents. Her stuffed animal cow from Moo Moo Ranch appears and leads them. They follow it, fighting Familiars along the way. The cow leads them to Moo Moo Ranch, where Felicia remembers the only time her family was truly happy together. Her parents bought her the cow that day. It has been her prized possession ever since.

Felicia explains her parents did not get along but loved her. They fought over her grades. After one fight, her mother was cooking and her father was not home. A fire started, and her parents died. Felicia became a Magical Girl to get revenge, but the day is fuzzy. She does not know which Witch killed them, so she plans to kill every Witch.

The cow leads them to Felicia's house. She senses the Witch that killed her parents. She attacks it and defeats it. She believes she has saved her parents.

Felicia sees her past self and her mother in the house. They are having fried chicken. Her mother scolds her for speaking poorly, and the argument escalates. Past Felicia kicks her mother, the oil pot flips, and a fire starts. Past Felicia throws water on the oil, making it worse. The house burns down. Kyubey appears and offers Felicia a wish. Past Felicia wishes for everything she just saw to never have happened. Kako explains Felicia made a wish—the memory of the fire disappeared, but the fire itself did not.

The fake Kako reveals herself as a copy from Mirrors. She showed Felicia a dream to make her suffer. She tells Felicia she killed her parents. Felicia refuses to believe it. She falls unconscious.

Kako wakes Felicia. Felicia does not remember anything since they got separated. She insists she is fine. She declares she will find the Witch and get revenge for her parents.
