The spindle witch. She takes the form of a spindle. This witch connects all fates together with its threads, and anyone exposed to it suffers according to their fate. All the love given will be weighed against all the love received, while all the lives taken will be weighed against all the lives given, and all will return to balance within the witch.

This witch balances the scales of temperature. Living things that are touched by this witch's power immediately become as cold as ice. That's because although the witch returns the heat the living creature has given, it subtracts all the heat that living creature has taken from other living things—by having consumed them as food, for example. The witch that Homura faced was evidently incomplete, but it was still extremely dangerous.

Kriemhild Fausut's name could be based on Goethe's Faust, where the protagonist of the same name was Gretchen's lover. And because Homura retains her memories of Madoka and her previous wishes, plus the Witch assuming Homura's shield, it could be a visualization of the combined Witch form of both Madoka and Homura, or simply the opposite of Kriemhild Gretchen.
There is an extra "u" on Fausut's name, but whether this is intentional or a misprint is unknown.
The silhouette of Kriemhild Fausut resembles to the World Tree, or Yggdrasil.
The upper half of Fausut has pink threads and elements of Madoka, even having her Magical Girl outfit above her head. The lower half has purple threads which forms braids, with Wraiths swarming below it. It also sports a pair of legs that resembles to the socks and heels of Madoka and Homura, which may represent the two being polar opposites.
Similar to Kriemhild Fausut, the Mutant Wraiths were shown with Homura's Magical Girl outfit hanging around as well.
The lower half of the Witch is obscured and swarmed by Wraiths in later pages. This is due to the fact that the lower Wraiths are trying to help process the emotional energy of the Witch, essentially to purify it.
Unlike Latria, Kriemhild Fausut's design remains largely unchanged in Magia Exedra. However the Wraiths that composes her lower body has been significantly reduced on its 3D model.
The English translation for Fausut's nature is the same as her type.
The coloration in Exedra with one pink and one purple thread seems to represent Madoka and Homura, building on the use of a spool of thread reflecting as Madoka as seen in Rebellion.
Despite being treated as a giant boss (similar to how Walpurgisnacht, Crépuscule de La Reine and Shitori Egumo are battled) in Magia Exedra, Fausut has no finishers on her own.
