Magia Exedra Kioku - Splashin' Kyubey Blast

A Magical Guardian who protects the peace of Magia Island. Her swimsuit serves as her Guardian garb, allowing her to be combat-ready at a moment's notice. Cruising the seas on her jet ski, she uses underwater mines to corner enemies. She shows no mercy to those who dare disturb the island's peace or pose a threat to Madoka.

When a Kyubey Blast enemy is present: Removes 1 buff effect from targets, and increases dark DMG taken by 15% (2 turns). Increases own charge by 20%. Deals 100-150% dark DMG to all enemies, and increases targets' DMG taken by 10-20% (2 turns). Increases own charge by 10%. Deals 50-100% dark DMG to a single enemy. Increases own charge by 5%. At battle start, sets charge to 0% (Max 100%), and triggers a follow-up attack. On DMG dealt to an enemy by allies other than self, increases charge by 5%. On dark DMG dealt by that attack, increases charge by an additional 5%. * Only applies to basic attack / battle skill / special attack.
