Kosane Kiriha

  • Genetic Engineering: Due to her nature as a genetically modified creature due to Kosane, Kosane can have her body changed by Kyubey. She uses this to be unable to read emotion, gain energy from light or briefly turn her arms into bat-like wings to fly.
  • Future Sight: Kosane, when fused with Kyubey, can see multiple possible futures.
  • Time Travel: When fused with Kyubey and the Time Railroad, Kosane can travel through time far more freely than Homura Akemi. She uses this to go to the distant past, as well as relive the year of 2021 over and over again. She can also view all of time in this way, acting as an observer throughout all of human history.
  • Contract Creation: Kosane can make contracts, similar to Kyubey or Isabeau. She uses this power on herself and Eruna as well as multiple other girls throughout history.
  • God-like Ability: Kosane has been shown to be able to breathe in space and move planets at will after being fused with Kyubey and the Railroad.
  • Intellect: Kosane is extremely knowledgeable about philosophical and thermodynamic theories and events. She uses this to deduce the truth of the world and solve her own suicide.

Eruna Kiriha

  • Haunting: Eruna continued to exist after her death, aging and growing just like her sister. She has used this trait to haunt Kosane.
  • Rewinding Time: She can turn back time, undoing all of Kosane's actions, however Kosane's memory is unaffected.
  • Ice: Kosane describes Eruna as using icy attacks. Whether this is magic or simply a way to describe Eruna's Rifle of the Inner World is unknown.
  • Duplication: Eruna can create multiple copies of herself, with one residing in her dress.
  • Pocket Dimension: Eruna can use her dress to trap opponents and use her duplicate to fight with them.

Coeurl

  • Magic Reflection: Coeurl can deflect magical attacks.
  • Incredible Strength: Coeurl is shown to be able to jump incredibly high to move around in the air, allowing her to escape from foes.
  • Telepathy: Coeurl can communicate telepathically with her crew on the Yamata no Orochi. Whether this is because of a device or not is unknown.
  • Wormhole Creation: Using the Yamata no Orochi, Coeurl can open wormholes to travel between solar systems.
