All Wraiths

Emotional Siphoning: Wraiths exist to filter the dangerous emotions from humans, turning them into Grief Cubes. After a Wraith is finished consuming someone's emotions, the person is left completely emotionless. For a Magical Girl, this is especially dangerous, since they will also lose their magical powers, and not even the Law of Cycles will be able to save their souls. However, after the Wraith that stole someone's emotions is killed, they might regain them, as well as her powers.
Witch's Kiss-like Effect: Despite not having proper Labyrinths, Wraiths do warp the world around them, as well as the perceptions of people, as normal humans don't notice the fights Magical Girls engage with.

Laser Beams: Even the most basic Wraiths are able to attack with energy beams through the square particles surrounding them.

Flight: Acolyte Wraiths have the power to levitate off the ground.
Intense Heat Aura: These Wraiths are surrounded by an intense aura of heat.
Burning Bronze Sword Projectiles: Instead of just being limited to energy beams, they are also able to shoot burning bronze swords as projectiles.
Flaming Spears: Each Acolyte carries a flaming speak with which they are able to attack.

Block Projectiles: These Wraiths are also able to control giant cube projectiles.
Metal Corrosion: Their very presence causes metal to corrode.
Disabling Machines: They cause machines to malfunction around them.
Desiccating Aura: The presence of Enlightenment Wraiths desiccates the world around them.
Environmental Erosion: The environment around an Enlightenment Wraith becomes eroded.

Extreme Cold Aura: In addition to the previous abilities of lesser Wraiths, Deliverance Wraiths are the most powerful and they're also accompanied by an intense cold aura, freezing projectile attacks before they're even able to reach the body.

Memory Manipulation: Mutant Wraiths mimic people from victims’ memories to deceive them and revert to a more Wraith-like form during attacks. Only those with a personal connection to the impersonated figure are deceived while others see them as Wraith-like entities.
Time Manipulation: Mutant Wraiths have the limited ability to stop time, perceived by others as super-speed.

Wraith Madoka

Sentience: Among her other Wraith powers, and some of the original Madoka's, Wraith Madoka is more self-aware and capable of telepathic communication, distinguishing it from typical Wraiths.

Fatal Touch: The Witch instantly kills anything it contacts, absorbing the energy their body produces.
Temperature Manipulation: It exerts intense cold by withdrawing heat absorbed from the lives and energy of its victims.

Flight: They fly and swarm around the Spindle Witch to protect it.
Black Arrows: The Models attack with black energy arrows, similar to Homura's own attacks.
