Possession

So per some discussion in the Discord from Romi and Juno (the translators of this document) it seems plausible that the wording is... possessive?

 Juno: The あなた here is also doing a lot of heavy lifting, too. I contemplated "for you, my dear, belong only to me", but I know if I do that, the shippers won't stay quiet. Lol

 Juno:[...] since the を is referring to Madoka as the subject, but the 私だけのあなた is explicitely the point of that line.
