Description

A Magical Girl who lives in Takarazaki City. Kuroe fights alongside Iroha from time to time, but mostly they're acquaintances who get together on a regular basis to exchange information. Kuroe is afraid of fighting in life or death battles and wishes she could be saved from being a Magical Girl. She begins to become obsessed with Kamihama City after hearing a certain rumor.

Etymology

• The first kanji in her name means "black". The second kanji means "creek"

Trivia

• Kuroe's magical girl form looks a lot like Iroha's magical girl outfit. Both wear cloaks that cover part of their hair and extends to their hip height, and both of them bare their midriff.
• Her name, her magical girl form and her description has given birth to speculation that she may be Kuro.
  • However, in Magia Report, Kuroe and Kuro are treated as different characters.
