The following dialogue appears in the fourth quest in the Madoka Magica Online Story.

That's why I made a contract with Kyubey. My wish was to restore Kyousuke's hand to the way it once was. His injuries really healed, and he only needs to be hospitalized for a little longer. And then a witch has the gall to appear here! So, (Player)... Help me out! Let's make sure that witch is gone for good!
Madoka: Sayaka-chan, (Player)-chan, are you two okay?!
Sayaka: This sucks. Kyoko called it, this witch is pretty strong. But, I can't whine about it now. If I lose, then Kyousuke will... I have to locate that witch and defeat it as soon as possible...
Madoka: Sayaka-chan... I know how you feel, but we've got to regroup with the others. I'm sure Kyoko-chan and company will find it. So...
