Summary

This route is unlocked after finishing Kyoko's route, or either Mami or Sayaka become a witch in their routes.

Homura, who has traveled many timelines, makes up her mind to save Madoka once again. However, Homura knows that by only protecting Madoka she won't be able to prevent Madoka's tragic fate from happening again. Homura now decides that she must try a different approach. Can Homura eventually save Madoka? Or even all of the magical girls in the story?

Story

Since there are many possibilities, depending on the player's choice, it might not be proper to write a single storyline. It might be better written as "what happens when what decision is made" form.

Also, since there are only a few endings, you may feel that some of them to be strange since the conditions you play does not match that ending. For example, when nobody becomes a witch, Kyubey may still explain the energy conversion process to Madoka, and Madoka is already aware that magical girls become witches.

Homura, who has traveled many timelines, makes up her mind to save Madoka once again. She goes to shopping mall first to prevent Madoka from falling into Gertrud's barrier. But then Kyubey comes, so she needs to decide to shoot him or to capture him. In the next afternoon, Homura feels asleep and has a dream. This is the ending of 3rd timeline in the anime, where she swears to prevent Madoka from contracting. after this, the story splited in 2 routes. Part 1A -- To capture Kyubey in 1st day. Kyubey telepathies Madoka and Sayaka to an abandoned building, so Homura follows them. When the office lady jumps, she saved her by using her time-stop ability. Then she asks Madoka and Sayaka to get away, and finishes Gertrud herself. After this, Mami comes and asks why? She was informed from Kyubey that there is an irregular magical girl. Mami wonders her to take over her land. Homura doesn't explain, just advices her not to believe Kyubey too much. Next afternoon, Kyubey tries to lure Madoka and Sayaka to make contract with him by telepathy. He says that Homura can save the woman because she is a magical girl. But then Homura comes so he gives up. She then tells Madoka and Sayaka that to become a magical girl is to give up everything for a single wish. In the evening, Homura visits Madoka to advice her, just as episode 1 in the anime. Meanwhile, Kyubey goes to tell Mami that Homura might be dangerous. He says Homura may take over Mami's domain, or even kills Madoka, who is potentially a partner of her, before making a contract. Next day, He instigates Mami to push Madoka and Sayaka to be magical girls. Although Mami she shouldn't push them, she dates them to have lunch, and explains about magical girls during lunch. (At this time, both Madoka and Sayaka have no concept about magical girl.) She then suggests them to experience witch hunting with her. But she is stopped by Homura. In the night, Homura meets Madoka and Sayaka in the street, and have dinner with them. She explains about things about magical girl, in her own words. 2 days later, Homura goes to hospital and finds a grief seed. When she gets into which's barrier, she recalls Mami's death. Then she finds Mami is also here. Although she suggests Mami to fight together, Mami doesn't believe her. A choice is to be made to determine Mami's survival here. 1. Let Mami hunt the witch herself. Mami then goes away without tying Homura up. Homura then follows her and prevents her death in time. Mami can't believe that she is still alive, and thanks Homura saved her life. Homura tells Mami her wish is to save the only friend, since magical girls are lonely. Then she makes combination with Mami, and tells Mami she is preparing for Walpurgis. 2. Stop Mami. Go Part 2. Part 1B -- To shoot Kyubey on day 1. Part 2 Next evening, Homura goes to hospital, where she meets Sayaka depressed, saying why Kyousuke has such an accident. She recalls that Sayaka made contract for Kyousuke, and advice her not to request miracle for his hand, or she wall pay unbearable cost. But Sayaka doesn't understand what she says and goes away. 1. Homura decides to follow Sayaka. In this case, Homura sees Kyubey trying to convince Sayaka to make a contract. She stop time to get close to Sayaka so she can stop this. After her advice, Sayaka thinks there might be other ways to heal Kyousuke's hand, and goes away. Kyubey complains that Homura always disturb him, but he believes Homura won't always succeed. Homura wonders why there is no witch found recently, someone must be hunting them. Shen then finds Kyoko saying it right to come back to Mitakihara. Kyoko was also informed from Kyubey. She suggests Homura to cooperate with her to defeat Mami and share grief seeds. Homura refuses her, saying she isn't interested in domains. Kyoko then warns Homura not disturb her or she will show her hostility. At night, however, Homura meets Kyoko again. She tells Kyoko that she thinks Kyoko's actions not wrong, and suggests Kyoko to reconsider to cooperate with her. Next day, Homura finds a witch in factories. When she gets close, she finds Madoka and Hitomi are there, with people commiting mass suicide. She transforms into magical girl and throws detergent away, then asks Madoka to leave here first. Then she fights the witch with Mami. Next afternoon, Homura investigated Sayaka and Madoka, nothing seems to be unusual so she is disburdened. After school, she goes to Mami's place to have Mami's cake shared. Mami is very happy to have a new partner, although Homura knows that she is making use of Mami. Meanwhile, Kyoko sees Tatsuya and his father playing in the park. She might recall when she is a child. After a while, she returns to hotel. Sayaka visits Kyousuke in the evening. Homura follows her. When Homura comes to the hospital, however, she sees Kyousuke is commiting suicide. She saves Kyousuke and have him brought back with Sayaka. Then Homura decides to have someone to take care of Sayaka. 1. Homura have Madoka to take care of Sayaka. Sayaka will not contract. 2. Homura takes care of Sayaka herself. After appeasing Kyousuke, Sayaka gets out of his room and finds Homura is there. She blames herself for doing nothing for Kyousuke, and asks Homura to be relaxed, she won't make a contract. Homura thinks it safe and leaves. In the next day, however, Kyubey informs her that Sayaka has already made a contract with him last night, and says thank you to her. At the same time, Sayaka is talking with Madoka. She feels it good to have strength for her beloved people. Since Madoka begins to worry about Sayaka, Kyubey now trys to get close to Madoka. But Homura discovers this and shoot Kyubey in time. Since Sayaka is already a magical girl, Homura now can only try other ways to prevent her from becoming a witch. For Sayaka made a contract, go Part 3A. Otherwise, go part 3B. Part 3A -- Sayaka is contracted In the evening, Homura meets Sayaka who is fighting familiars. Sayaka seems not friendly to her since she believes herself being for justice. Homura thinks she might have nothing to do with Sayaka, so she meets Madoka, who is worried about Sayaka. The talk is similar to what in episode 5, but Homura promises to take care of her, with Mami. She also require Madoka not to make contract again. After this, Homura goes to Mami's place to suggest Mami to cooperate with Kyoko. Mami worries that Kyoko being unfriendly to her since they have unpleasant past, but Homura says she won't give up. Homura find barrier of scribbing witch's familiars, and Sayaka is fighting Kyoko in it. Even worse, Madoka is also there, so she goes to separate them. She then asks Madoka to bring hurt Sayaka away, and ask Kyoko's opinion. Kyoko says she has no interest with familiars so it is left for her. (Homura then fight in that barrier.) Homura is still anxious so she visits both to advice them not to fight, however, they both disagree. (When Mami is alive) The next evening, Homura sees Madoka coming for her help. Kyoko and Sayaka are fighting on the flyover. When Homura arrives, however, Mami is also there, and asks Kyoko to fight against herself instead of Sayaka. Although Mami has much more firepower, Kyoko aims at her soul gem so it drops on a truck. Suddenly Mami can't move anymore, and Homura runs after the truck. Kyubey comes to explain what happened to all of them.Homura takes Mami's soul gem back so she returns her sense. Although everyone are shocked, Kyoko and Mami thinks deeper and accepts their fate, but Sayaka left alone. Next morning, Homura goes to Mami's apartment. Mami confesses her that she doesn't know what can be believed, since Kyubey cheated her. Homura comforts her that she is not lonely. There are other magical girls, she hopes everyone can overcome such sorrow. Then she comes to Kyoko's place to check Kyoko's condition. Kyoko answers she is not necessary to worry about, and asks Homura to take care of Sayaka instead. In the afternoon, Hitomi dates Sayaka to confess something to her. Although Homura knows what will happen then, she is unable to intervene. Sayaka doesn't accept words from either her or Madoka, and tells Homura to leave her alone. Homura finds Madoka has argument with Hitomi. Hitomi refuses Madoka's suggests and leaves. Madoka wonders if Sayaka doesn't accept her voice because she isn't a magical girl. Homura corrects her that Sayaka even won't accept words from a magical girl. The only thing Madoka can do is to see. Kyoko calls Homura to her father's church. She tells Homura she doesn't want this place vanished because of Walpurgis, since here is her memories. The reason she has such feelings might be caused when seeing Sayaka. Then she accepts her cooperation with Homura. Next day, Homura has an operational meetings. Kyoko is astonished about Mami's existance, but then she agrees that the more magical girls, the more oppotunity to win Walpurgis. However, Kyubey comes to interrupt them, informing that Sayaka is in a dangerous condition, as in the anime. Sayaka fights against a witch bitterly. Kyoko comes to help her to defeat that witch, but Sayaka then throws the grief seed to Kyoko, as in the anime. Then she goes away alone. Meanwhile, Homura is busy searching her, but in vain. Even Madoka doesn't know where she is. Who can help her to find Sayaka? 1. Search Sayaka with Kyoko. Homura goes to observatory to find Kyoko, who is also searching for Sayaka. Kyoko confesses her feelings to Homura, and finally they find her. As in anime, Sayaka doesn't trust Homura in the beginning, but after Kyoko telling her past, and telling her that she can fight for more people in Mitakihara, Sayaka eventually unlocked her heart. After this, Homura recalls that Madoka is worried about Sayaka. She then finds her, with Kyubey. Just before she making contract, Homura tells her that Sayaka is rescued. She also mentions that she should thank Kyoko. The next day, Homura is happy to see Sayaka returning herself, and Madoka's smile. But she also knows she has to prepare for Walpurgis, so she start another meeting after class. Kyubey comes to Madoka's house to tell her the history and theory of energy transformation. Madoka visits Homura because she is worried about them. Homura acts the same way as in the anime. Walpurgis comes. All magical girls are ready to fight. Madoka come here, too, wishing to help everyone. Homura then tells her and everyone that the very person she want to save is Madoka. Everything is meaningless for Homura if something bad happens to Madoka. Madoka then quits to pray for everyone being safe, and the fight begins. Part 3B -- Sayaka is not contracted
