There are three official manga adaptations that were published during or after the anime broadcast:

Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (魔法少女まどか☆マギカ): A direct adaptation of the anime, that used the same source material and was developed in parallel with the anime production. It was published as three volumes. The first volume was released on February 12, the second on March 12, 2011, and the third on May 30th, 2011.

Mahou Shoujo Kazumi Magica: The Innocent Malice (魔法少女かずみ☆マギカ〜The innocent malice〜): The first spin-off manga featuring different characters. It started serialization in the Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine on January 24, 2011. The first volume was released on May 12, 2011, the second on October 12, 2011.
Mahou Shoujo Oriko Magica (魔法少女おりこ☆マギカ): The second spin-off manga, which was released after the anime broadcast. The first volume was released on May 12, 2011, the second and final volume on June 13, 2011.
