Miyuki is a posthumous character from Puella Magi Kazumi Magica. She was a close friend of Saki Asami.

Personality
A sweet young girl who wishes to get married someday. She enjoys lily of the valley flowers. Miyuki is very close with her friend, Saki.

History
Miyuki has so far only appeared in Kazumi Magica. She appears in a brief scene with Saki in chapter 10.

When showing Saki the lily of the valley flower she had grown in a flashback, Miyuki claims that she wants to make a bridal bouquet with them someday. Saki says this is impossible, as no man is good enough for her. She promises then to marry Saki one day.

Unfortunately, Miyuki dies in a car accident when the car she and Saki were riding in crashes into another vehicle and a shard of glass pierces her throat. Her death drives Saki to despair, leaving her vulnerable to the effects of a witch's kiss.

Trivia
* The lily-of-the-valley is a poisonous woodland flowering plant native throughout the cool temperate Northern Hemisphere in Asia and Europe.
** All parts of the plant are poisonous and the red berries may be attractive to children; if eaten even in small amounts, the plant can cause abdominal pain, vomiting, and a reduced heart rate.
*** Although deadly, the plant has been used as a folk remedy in moderate amounts, and is currently used by herbalists as a restricted herbal remedy.
** The flower is also known as Our Lady's Tears in Christian legends.
** In Norse mythology, lilies are associated with the virgin goddess of spring Ostara.
*** Incidentally, the name Ostara has given its name to the festival of Easter.
** In the "language of flowers", the lily of the valley signifies the return of happiness.
*** Miyuki's name means "beautiful fortune" or "beautiful happiness" in Japanese.

Speculation
* It is suspected in Chapter 10, that Miyuki was in love with her childhood friend, Saki.
** Miyuki even promised to marry Saki in the future.
