Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Scene 0
Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Scene 0 is a prequel to Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The game will follow a story of Mabayu Aki who is said to should have been part of the original anime series, and the reason for her being forgotten from the original anime series.[1] The scenario is set to have over 200,000 characters in length[note 1].
The project was officially revealed during the Magia Day 2023 on September 24th, 2023 and will be available within Magia Record application starting October 3rd, 2023.
According to Shimokura Vio during Magia Day 2023, the project was initially intended to be an anime project unrelated to the Madoka Magica series. Upon a proposal to Nitroplus producer, the producer suggested it might work as part of Madoka Magica series. It was later decided to be developed as part of Magia Record.
