Cecil
The Witch of Taste. Her nature is boredom. As she dances on her single leg, she interferes with the human world, searching for someone to entertain her. She loves to torture humans, though she is never satisfied with their pain. However, if one makes her laugh, she will likely return to her realm.
Finn
Minion of the Witch of Taste. His duty is to make his parent laugh. He usually fails at his duty because he does not have any unique talents.
