In the game, they mostly just say Mitakihara without specifying city or town. However, the evacuation order for Walpurgis (which I've heard many times) clearly says Mitakihara city. I've heard Sayaka say Mitakihara city as well. I don't recall an instance where they refer to it as town. In the game, they mostly just say Mitakihara without specifying city or town. However, the evacuation order for Walpurgis (which I've heard many times) just like in the anime, clearly says Mitakihara city. I've heard Sayaka say Mitakihara city as well.
