As theres is not much official data on the Oriko witches, kindly refrain from editing their respective pages with info that can cause misconceptions. Here's my guess on the descriptions of Stacy and her Minions. I predicted this after reading the manga.
Stacy
The Cat Witch with a tolerant nature. She laughs at the pain and misery of the humans she attacks. She herself can no longer feel any kind of pain. Her body is riddled with stitches after being damaged and transformed many times. One can easily distract with and offering of fish.
Felina
Minion of the Cat Witch. Her duty is to make repairs. It is her responsibility to stich the fallen pieces of her parent’s body back together. She has no sense of loyalty, so she will heal anyone if asked.
