Claire is a character in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica Mobage event The Hollow Little Mermaid. She travels to Mitakihara City alongside Elise, Hiyori and Komachi in order to defeat the Holy Quintet and save Elise's sister.

Personality
Claire is a quiet and gentle person and has a deep love and devotion towards Elise. She also respects her deeply, not fighting the Quintet after Elise's sacrifice and stopping Komachi from attacking them.
History
Claire is first seen alongside Elise, Hiyori and Komachi spying on the Holy Quintet. She and the rest of the group fight the Holy Quintet, winning easily. She appears again later, losing a fight to the Holy Quintet and reveals that they are looking for a "strong Witch" before leaving. She also appears when the rest of her group fights with the Quintet, but plays a minor role.
She appears again later alongside Elise and Komachi after Elise loses her own fight against the Quintet. Here, Claire reveals that she believes it's the duty of Magical Girls to "devour" Witches who eat humans and, therefore, allows Familiars to eat "weak" humans.
Claire makes another appearance after another fight with the Quintet. She comments that the Quintet has some problems with Sayaka and says that she will leave with her group to defeat Witches, letting the Quintet resolve their struggles.
Claire appears again having lost a one-on-one fight with Sayaka. In this fight she supposedly attacked Sayaka repeatedly, but could not hurt her. Elise and the rest of the group appear alongside her, saying that they will not leave Mitakihara no matter what.
Claire appears again in the ending, begging Elise not to use her magic for Sayaka. After Elise is killed, Claire calms Komachi and states that it was her decision to sacrifice herself. She says that Sayaka reminded Elise of her sister and, as a result, didn't want to see her die in the same way her sister did. With that, Claire, Hiyori and Komachi leave Mitakihara.
Powers and Abilities
Claire can use and manipulate electricity in battle. She can also launch orbs of electricity at her opponents. This likely stems from her wish, which she made due to her parents' neglect, since lightning gets one's attention.
