- I was just looking up some statistics because I was curious...according to this citation, JGSDF had some 84 Cobras in use in Jan 2010. Probably not much of a difference in numbers for October 2011, so it's really quite something they picked Homura Akemi as one of their girls. Update with more complete numbers here The inventory is 458 helicopters but the vast majority are operational helicopters. The Cobra is their main choice for attack helicopters, and the rest are a handful of Apaches and Kawasakis. Obviously Homu belongs on the attack type. --randomanon 22:43, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
