I guess this is what the author wants us to think. Perhaps a good ending for both even after death. Now it makes me wonder if the Madoka changed the world ending would have been much more painful for both or perhaps Kyouko-Sayaka would have prefer this ending instead.--Demonicslayer 16:15, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

It's a great scene and really differs from the impression the anime left on their relationship. However the manga ending also makes it pretty clear Homura and Madoka end up together forever soo...yuri-wise, it's still comes across as the OTP. --randomanon 21:09, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
