Older brother?

So, is there any more information on this person? His surname is different from hers, which seems strange for an older brother (though not impossible). Is it certain that he's an older brother and not just an acquaintance whom she affectionately refers to as "older brother"? If he's definitely an older brother, is there an explanation of why he has a different surname? For example, are their parents separated, and he stayed with the father while Akari stayed with the mother? Or maybe he's married they decided to adopt his wife's surname instead of his? Maybe there are other possible situations where this kind of thing could occur too. Of course, it might be that this is all just unknown right now… ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 05:24, 13 June 2022 (UTC)

The event confirmed that he's a distant relative of Akari's; the onii-san is being used in the affectionate/not literal sense (I went ahead and corrected this on Akari's main page). Hair color change trivia

I'm not sure if the wording on this piece of trivia is good - while it's true that Hayate is the only Magical Girl with similarly prominent changes to hair color, she is nowhere near the only one that has any changes of hair color at all. This post lists Madoka, Homura, Mami, Kyoko, Sayaka, Kanoko, Himika, Ren, Sakurako, Ranka, Chika, Ashley, Ikumi, Rui, Akari, Chizuru, Mikoto, and likely Jun. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I changed it from an even less useful trivia bit since hair changes are VERY common in mahou shoujo - it's just that PMMM features it in a much more subtle manner.
