) at the end of your comment.was there any morning rescue cosplay? --Mutopis 08:03, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, but only have this meh back shot of this one guy here [1] He was actually a pretty funny guy. The first person in line was a Goddess Madoka and he was telling people we could ignore her and move up a spot since she wasn't really there and anyways, who is this Madoka people keep talking about? --randomanon 13:13, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
also, tentacle monsters in my Madoka?! --Mutopis 08:09, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- Inu Curry really contributed a great deal to the anime, more than any of us know right now. I suspect many of the things we think is "cool" about it came from him and not Urobuchi, as people tend to assume. --randomanon 13:01, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
"he'd never seen Madoka on a big screen like that before, not even in Japan." But of course, they needed to go wiiiiider in America --Mutopis 11:30, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
Just a heads up, ANN also released their coverage of the event.[2] Also, the official US site got updated (with some iffy descriptions...) [3]. --Knon 08:53, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, thanks. It includes details that I had forgotten to add or did not think were that important. Some are good and I will add it. Also, there are mistakes in there...Iwakami clearly did not mean he made up a Latin language "Kajiuran." The interpretation I have is correct, that's Iwakami referring to composer Yuki Kajiura and her known habit of using made up words for songs. Another is about "Urobuchi's strong policies was for Madoka's character to have a family background." It wasn't important that she had a family background but what kind she had and not a policy but an important settei (design) element to understanding her character. There's some others that are a little off imo. I will update it later, may not get to it until tomorrow as I'm still really tired and have to head over today to see the panel. --randomanon 12:57, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- Well, it's great that the wiki has a reliable first-hand source of information. And I'll say, it's quite awesome to be able to read up on the whole event in such detail (and quickly too!). Great work!--Knon 10:16, 31 July 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, although as we see with Crunchy Roll's review, this account could be more accurate (I made a couple fixes). I'm glad there was in-depth coverage on the Madoka events from overseas anime press. I wasn't sure if there would be or not. Also, taking a break and when I come back, I may replace wholesale a good part of the account on the wiki with CR's. I think they did a superior job reporting it. --randomanon 16:41, 31 July 2011 (UTC)

Would someone like to look up the screenshot of the witch with the pink hair in the castle and post it on the page? --randomanon 13:54, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

- Thanks. Unfortunately found out about the autograph session too late to attend it. So I won't be able to report back on that like I wanted to see how many fans showed up and what they were like. Too bad. Unlikely too that I will get an autograph as hoped. --randomanon 14:29, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
Feel free to fix grammar, improve formatting etc. Will save me the time. --randomanon 15:39, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
