Equivalent Unit?

Can Splashin' Kyubey Blast and the swimsuit version of Homura in Magia Record be considered equivalent units? Although they are both Homura wearing swimsuits, one is based on Glasses form and the other is based on Cool form, and there are also significant differences in their outfits and skill names. I can't help but feel that calling them equivalent units is a bit strange...?

In addition, I would like to ask another question: the design of Doppel of Silence is based on the Anime version of Iroha, and Tiro Finale Liberation is actually a skill of the Anime version of Holy Mami. In this case, wouldn't it be better if the equivalent unit points to the Anime unit, or could we include multiple equivalent units like in the Magia Record Unit Header? -Hilbert88 (talk) 14:17, 28 May 2026 (UTC)

I put Splashin' Kyubey Blast as the equivalent just because they're both Homura Akemi (Swimsuit) units, yeah they're not 1:1, they're very different, but in my opinion this is okay. If Exedra for some reason releases Swimsuit Moemura too, then yeah this should definitely be changed, but I doubt they will.

For the anime units question, I don't really agree? I mean, yeah in my mind Doppel Iroha is the Anime Iroha of Exedra, but the design (imo) is not enough to actually put it in the page, yes the Doppel is based off the Anime design, but the unit isn't. Same goes for Holy Mami, I mean she appears as a boss in the game version of the story. In my eyes, its like putting Strada Futuro Iroha as an equivalent of her Anime ver because her Kioku art has Boxwood's background. I generally understand your perspective. Also, I just checked and noticed that both Lux☆Magica and Pluvia☆Magica are currently recognized as equivalent units for Madoka from Magia Record. If that's the case, if the Rebellion version of Mami (Spietata Scarica) gets released in the future, will we recognize both it and Tiro Finale as equivalent units for Mami from Magia Record? (Incidentally, since the devs are currently continuously focusing on releasing Main Series Kiokus, I actually think the chances of Swimsuit Moemura being released are quite high...🫠) -Hilbert88 (talk) 15:23, 28 May 2026 (UTC)

Yeah to be fair Rebellion Mami shouldn't be considered an equivalent of regular Mami, and thinking about it... Should Lux☆Magica be considered an equivalent to regular Madoka? I kinda look at Lux and Pluvia like I do at the 3 and 4 stars, mostly because Lux is free and Pluvia is in normal gacha. I guess we could put only Pluvia as an equivalent of Record Madoka, but I'm not sure, and I'm even more unsure because of the two Mabayus T-T. - TheresaFrog421 (talk) 15:59, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
