Date Field?

Would it be possible to add a field for the date a theory was added? Given that this is among the first time we've been able to speculate *before* a new release, it might be useful to keep things organised. (thinking for the Kaiten Speculation page specifically, but I'm not MediaWiki-fu'd enough for this.) HomuraDidNothingWrong (talk) 02:08, 3 July 2026 (UTC)

Just noting, you can easily drop in a timestamp with ~~~~~ – that's the same as the normal signature but with an extra ~. ~ Celtic Minstrel (talk) 22:48, 3 July 2026 (UTC)

Fusing

Is there any point in separating the Header and Footer templates? Its not like the Memoria and Portraits where they matter because stuff between them needs to be uniform, this could just be one template with the first parameter being the theory, no? - TheresaFrog421 (talk) 20:32, 5 September 2026 (UTC)

IIRC, it was a common practice to split Header/Footer back in the early 2010s due to MediaWiki parser limitations (I can't remember exactly what, probably some nesting limits and some performance issues). Probably no longer relevant today, and we could probably fuse it. -- 0x99 (talk) 06:33, 6 September 2026 (UTC)
