The Main Story of Magia Record, which is divided into two arcs: Arc 1 and Arc 2. It is followed by Puella Historia which functions as a sort of Arc 2.5.

Arc 1

Arc 1 of Magia Record's main story features Iroha Tamaki searching for her missing little sister, Ui Tamaki. In the process of searching, she discovers Kamihama City, a city beset by strange creatures known as Uwasa, and eventually comes into conflict with the Wings of the Magius who created the uwasa.

  • The Last Magia – part of chapter 10, but has a separate page because it also served as a limited-time event

Arc 2: The Gathering of 100 Evils

Arc 2 of Magia Record's main story features a conflict between the newly-formed Kamihama Magia Union, led by Iroha Tamaki, and several new factions from other cities, most notably the Promised Blood. While fighting over the Kimochi and the Automatic Purification System, a more sinister presence also begins to move…

Puella Historia

Puella Historia is divided into six events and a seven-part present-day side story, where each part after the prologue is unlocked by completing the corresponding event. There is also an epilogue unlocked by completing all the present-day side stories.
