Day 1 - Tuesday, the 16th: Homura wakes up in the hospital and realizes the previous timeline was real when she sees her own Soul Gem.
Mabayu wakes up, having retained her memories from the previous timeline, and aware that Homura has become a Magical Girl. She erases herself from Kyubey's memory and wipes her own memory of being a Magical Girl.
Mabayu, now with no memory of being a Magical Girl, wakes up from a dream she can't remember. Mami greets her on the way to school, but Mabayu brushes her off.
Day 2 - Wednesday, the 17th: Homura is approached by Kyubey in the hospital and she recounts the events of the first timeline.
Mabayu is now unknowingly connected to Homura. She notices that time stops around her and later finds that she has a ring (her Soul Gem) which she doesn't remember buying.
Kyubey tells Mami that Mabayu is a Magical Girl, though he has no recollection of her. Mami surmises that Mabayu wiped her own memory and Kyubey informs her of Homura, another "irregular".
Day 3 - Thursday, the 18th: Mabayu has a vision of Amy being hit with a car, but is unable to stop it. Madoka and Mabayu's aunt, Sakie take her to the vet and Madoka brings Amy back to life with her wish.
Day 6 - Sunday, the 21st: During a class trip to a factory, Mabayu ends up in a Labyrinth but is saved by Mami, and later is saved by Sayaka from a smokestack.
Madoka is saved by Kyoko during a battle with a Witch.
Day 9 - Monday, the 24th: Homura is discharged from the hospital.
Day 10 - Thursday, the 25th: Homura starts attending school and introduces herself to Madoka as a Magical Girl. She later meets up with both Madoka and Mami, but Mami wonders if she she made Kyubey forget about Mabayu. Homura then informs them about Walpurgisnacht's arrival.
Day 11 - Friday, the 26th: At this point in time, Sayaka has disappeared, likely having been killed by a Familiar similar to the previous timeline.
Day 13 - Sunday, the 28th: Mami trains Homura and lends her a book on making explosives which she got from Mabayu. Homura, following her advice, makes explosives which she tests in an industrial complex.
Homura, Madoka and Mami also bond with the shop owner, Sakie, and a chance meeting reveals that Homura's "welcome back" cake from the hospital was from this very shop. The day ends with Mami and Madoka resolving to continue searching for Sayaka.
Day 14 - Monday, the 29th: After school one day, Mami, Madoka, and Homura defeat Patricia together, with Homura using her bomb to deal the final blow.
Day 16 - Wednesday, the 31st: Hitomi is hospitalized by H.N. Elly, who Kyoko defeats.
Day 17 - Thursday, the 1st: Madoka, Homura, and Mami encounter Kyoko hunting an Anja Familiar, but Kyoko refuses to cooperate with them.
Day 22 - Tuesday, the 6th: Mabayu overhears Homura and Mami talking and follows them. She is caught up in a Witch's Labyrinth, which Kyoko and Mami defeat together.
Mami, Madoka and Homura confront Kyoko Sakura, who claims Mitakihara as her territory, and a tense standoff and battle ensue. After Kyoko retreats, Mami confirms this is what she feared.
Later, she and Homura conduct a successful experiment, combining Mami's ribbon magic with Homura's time-stop to synchronize their attacks. Mami confesses that having comrades she can trust and share her burdens with has made her happier than she's been in a long time, deeply moving Homura.
Day 23 - Wednesday, the 7th: Mabayu follows Mami in a separate occasion, but Mami notices and threatens her. Mabayu runs away and, in a panic, gets dragged into another Labyrinth where she's killed by a Familiar.
Day 24 - Thursday, the 8th: After they're unable to contact her, Madoka and Homura go to investigate Mami's apartment and they find her body and Kyoko. Kyoko tells them that she was killed by a Familiar, but due to her wording, it is unknown if Kyoko is lying to them, if Mami was too grief-stricken to fight, or if her death was a suicide.
Day 32 - Friday, the 16th: Madoka and Homura fight Walpurgisnacht, and Kyoko eventually joins the fight too. Walpurgisnacht wins, and Madoka reflects on the death of Mami, Kyoko, and possibly Sayaka. Feeling responsible for their deaths, she becomes a Witch and Homura turns back time once more.
