No such supernatural element ever occurs in K-ON anime or manga, so it's clearly a break from canon. ::If I remember correctly the digital displays in Homura's home is the result of magic. Now I wonder if Homura has a computer that is powered by magic that allows her to retain complex computations to gather data and strategize her attacks against Witches.
