A short four-minute concept film unveiled in surprise at Studio SHAFT's 40th anniversary event in Winter 2015, Madogatari. The first animated Madoka work since The Rebellion Story, it returns the full Madoka cast and staff. According to SHAFT CEO Kubota, the project will be "the core of the New Puella Magi Madoka Magica Project" and serves as its trailer.
As of date, the concept film remains legally unavailable to the public outside of Madogatari, and no announcement has been made of a streaming/home video release.

Trivia
