The anime adaptation of the smartphone-exclusive game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record (マギアレコード 魔法少女まどか☆マギカ外伝 Magia Recōdo: Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magika Gaiden). Originally slated for a fall 2019 release, it was later confirmed at Magia Day 2019 that the anime will be released in January 2020.
A new trailer for Magia Record Anime was also revealed on Magia Day 2019.
