:Dataminers on a Magia Record Discord. Basically Madoka-sempai debuffs everyone by 15%, but when she Connects to Himika she ''also'' gives a 30% buff on attack and defense, The debuff is subtracted from this, leaving behind a total 15% buff on both stats. Problem is, those Roman Numerals are kind of arbitrary; looking at Memoria which give 15% buffs to Attack and Defense, I wasn't sure what numbers were correct.
