Madoka-senpai (まどか 先輩) is one of the main characters from Magia☆Report, alongside Iroha-chan. She represents the Madoka Kaname from the Magia Report Universe.
Madoka-senpai with Iroha-chan and Name thanks the players for being able to reach 100 episodes of Magia Et Cetera. She boasts about it taking them only 2 years while it would take the World Cup 400 years, Iroha-chan shuts her down by reminding her that they're only comic strips.
When Name brings a gift from Management, Madoka-senpai hopes that it's some Magia Grimoires (items in Magia Exedra), but is shocked when it has "Keep Cold" on its packaging. Name asks if it's a cake but they see a hole with an eye peeking through. The present is revealed to be a 1000-year Bream fish, which Madoka-senpai takes as Management expecting them to reach 1000 Magia Et Cetera episodes. She then joins the others to take a celebratory picture.

A Magical Girl from Mitakihara who always has her finger on the pulse of everything in order to hype up Magia Record. At first she was on a mission to make Iroha Tamaki into a worthy protagonist, but nowadays the two of them simply freewheel around Kamihama in a reckless blur.

Madoka-senpai has no personal Memoria, nor do any other MagiRepo playable characters.
This is continued in Magia Exedra, where she doesn't have a personal Portrait, but this could just be because she only has a 3✦ Kioku, as other characters that do don't have personal portraits.
In Magia Exedra:
Madoka-senpai's Kioku is the first 3✦ Kioku post-release. There were no 3✦ or 4✦ Kioku added in updates prior to her appearance.
Her 3✦ Kioku's art is the first 3✦ art that isn't reused from Magia Record.
When Madoka-senpai loses a battle, she turns flat and falls down on her back like a cardboard, referencing her universe (Magia Et Cetera) being in a 2D world.
Her 3D model is specially made so her face changes according to the viewed angle.
Observations
The name of her Magia obviously is a pun on the legendary weapon Excalibur, but is also likely a reference to the Fate/Stay Night franchise, especially the mobile game Fate/Grand Order.
