Does Oriko Know?

I think Oriko knows or suspects about the Puella Magi system, since she has the power to see the future. There are some hints in the pages but nothing concrete. --Mutopis 02:03, 17 May 2011 (UTC)

No, it's really not ambigious. The other translation that was done was clearer perhaps, "Is that a witch, if that's my fate..etc." Anyways, the whole premise of Oriko is to kill magical girls to prevent them from turning into Walpurgis witch so she definitely knows. -randomanon 02:20, 17 May 2011 (UTC)

Was Oriko adopted?

This page - [2] - Oriko saying "I'm sure that my mother and father up in heaven would be proud as well" seems like Hisaomi is not her biological father to me. Also, that "...liar" panel seems to suggest that she had malicious motives even back then... --kFYatek 00:14, 18 May 2011 (UTC)

Chapter 3 reveals that her father is probably dead, so it's possible that "mother and father would be proud" line could be Oriko's thoughts from the present. --CrownClown 00:17, 18 May 2011 (UTC)

Hm, yeah, that's also a possible explanation. By the way, a little off-topic for that page, but I'm too lazy to make another talk in random places: are Sayaka and Hitomi actually featured in the Oriko manga? Madoka mentions them here, but do they actually make an appearance? I'm just not sure if they should be mentioned in Oriko Magica's character chart... --kFYatek 00:33, 18 May 2011 (UTC)
