While a number of witches appear in Puella Magi Tart Magica, the vast majority of them remain unnamed with the exception of the witch form of [[Isabeau]]. Even Lapine's witch form remains unnamed. Below are images of the various witches that appear throughout the series in order of appearance.
I'm just going to note that I don't think it's correct to mention Fauchard on this page, as she seems to be (mostly) new in Magia Record.
