This is a Madoka illustration doujin book that was sold at Comic Market 80. It is composed of illustrations and writings by many major figures involved in the production of the Madoka Magica anime or manga, such as the seiyuu and all members of the Magica Quartet. It also includes illustrations and writings from other notable figures in anime and manga. The promotional video shows some examples of the illustrations in this doujin.

- Apparently at least some of the contributors were unaware of details of the book ahead of time. Translation of a twitter from hanokage:
