Ultimate Madoka-senpai is a version of Madoka Kaname that debuted in the mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, during it's April Fool's 2021 event. She is supposed to represent the Madoka seen in Magia Report in her Ultimate form.

  1. ↑ Her type is spelled out as あるてぃめっと, which normally reads "Ultimate" but is spelled out in hiragana rather than katakana like Ultimate Madoka and Iroha・Yachiyo (Final Battle ver.) before her.
  2. ↑ Ultimate Madoka-senpai does not have a doppel. Instead she has a second magia attack that consumes 150 MP and is treated as a doppel instead (complete with doppel disc icon). It also increases your doppel count despite not having a card or page like other doppels would.

Summary

A Magical Girl from Mitakihara City who obtained the Ultimate Power for Iroha-chan. She's still the same as usual, but now that she has the Ultimate Power, she's proud to be invincible. In fact, she's equipped with a variety of anti-witch weapons, which cost a tremendous amount of money. Very expensive.
