Ultimate Madoka-senpai (究極まどか先輩, Kyūkyoku Madoka-senpai) was a playable character in the 2017 mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, debuting during it's April Fool's 2021 event. She was supposed to represent the Madoka seen in Magia Report in her Ultimate form.

Summary
