Observations
In the Magia Record Anime there are multiple in-universe products of Candy, such as a plush owned by Iroha Tamaki and digital stickers. This suggests that Candy is an in-universe character of a brand like Baby Bunny and Mocha Bunny, possibly being made by the same brand (as the brand is known for their bunny characters and Mocha Bunny also has stickers). Its possible that the Magical Girl that eventually became the Witch version of Candy was heavily related to the character.
Trivia
During one of Candy's attacks her head will split open revealing what appears to be a female pelvis inside.
In the anime, Candy remains relatively unchanged except for the buttons that ornament her dress.
Although she is described as being known to "impale things with spears", she is never shown to do so in the game or anime.
However, her barrier contains needle-like objects which impales several doll heads and other objects, which matches the description.
