Cleopatra
Cleopatra VII is a pharaoh of Ancient Egypt who has appeared in multiple pieces of Madoka Magica media. She is based on the well-known real-life queen.
Etymology
Cleopatra is a Greek name meaning "glory of the father".
Cleopatra makes a cameo in Episode 11 and Episode 12 of the Madoka Magica anime. Both episodes imply her to be a Magical Girl, without outright stating it.

Cleopatra received an illustration by Ryo Imamura, along with other Magical Girls saved by Madoka in Episode 12.
Cleopatra had a card in the mobage, based off her Episode 12 appearance.
In Magia Record
Cleopatra appears during the event Puella Historia The Mirage of Alexandria Arc. In this timeline Cleopatra is not a Magical Girl and has Ebony as her private assassin and servant. She ultimately dies and Ebony gains her freedom. Her face is hidden during this event.
She also makes a cameo in Magia Record Episode 24, appearing just like the version of her in Episode 11.
